Foundational Nutrition Organic Food and Multipure Water

Our food and foundational nutrition is the basis for our health. We put things into our body and the body has to rely on that for nutrition. Organic is important in food selection as other foods are more laden with pesticides, herbicides, and genetic components from bacterial and viruses. The latter are found in the genetically modified organism’s (GMO) DNA. (Let’s talk more about this topic of Foundational Nutrition Organic Food and Multipure Water.)

Funny that we have to classify foods as “organic” or not, because before the advent of artificial and synthetic pesticides and herbicides being used on agricultural lands and plants. Before the creation and use of those artificial and synthetic chemicals, ALL food was organic.
Genetically engineered wheat was first created in 1970. Prior to that there was organic wheat. Now, it is much harder to find non-engineered wheat.
The GMOs were designed to make pesticides and herbicides more effective. A primary one that the plant DNA has been modified for is ROUND-UP. And that agricultural poison has been around a long long time. It was becoming less effective and more was being used. Then the toxicity concentrations increased to the point that quick symptoms developed and regulatory standards were being violated. So the professional agricultural industry combined pesticide and herbicide chemistry with Genetic chemistry in the plant. But we are actually using 1500 times more Round-up now than was ever originally improved. FIFTEEN HUNDRED TIMES!
Where are the pesticides and herbicides? The goal is to have them applied just to the plant and the field. However, they are applied in an aerosolized form, and so they are floating in the air and get carried by weather to a very large area beyond the field.
Thus, we are all exposed to pesticides and herbicides, if for no other reason that we all occupy space and breathe air. Of course, we don’t want to introduce pesticides and herbicides in our body. They are not organic and they are not good for our body. Period. So, while we can’t avoid the chemicals in the air and soil we move over and through, we can try to avoid the pesticides and herbicides still on the plants (and in the animal products we eat that also ate plants).

Does Alzheimer’s Travel to the Brain
From Other Parts of the Body?
There are many reasons and causes of Alzheimer’s. My two books on the brain (Outsmarting the Dementia Epidemic and Super Brain) talk about the primary factors involved. The connection between Amyloid, Alzheimer’s, & Blood Stream is an example of this whole body causal chain. Amyloid plaques are associated with Alzheimer’s in postmortem studies. But amyloid is produced in other parts of your body and can travel via your blood stream to the brain.
A study published in October suggests that the disease might not start in the brain at all.
Our own blood could carry Alzheimer’s-linked amyloid proteins to the brain from other areas of the body to kick-start the disease process.
Amyloid Alzheimer’s Blood Stream
A study by researchers from the US, Australia, China and the University of British Columbia surgically attached lab animals so they shared the same blood supply.
Anyway, each member of a group of normal, healthy mice was coupled with another that was specially bred to carry a modified human gene that produces high levels of brain-damaging amyloid beta protein.
After 12 months, the normal mice developed the same plaques and tangles seen in Alzheimer’s. They displayed the type of brain cell degeneration, inflammation and micro-bleeding commonly seen in the disease.
There were also marked impairments in a region of the hippocampus, a part of the brain that’s especially important for learning and memory. This disruption in electrical signaling began after just four months.
These results point out important facts I report in my books. Inflammation, blood circulation, and meningeal compression are all relevant in this discussion of brain health.
The Research Showed
The blood study showed that the proteins associated with the development of Alzheimer’s disease can travel to the brain via the bloodstream. And those proteins are found outside the brain, They exist in muscles, blood platelets and blood vessels. In other words, the proteins from which amyloid is derived are found in a number of other organs.
The meninges control all of the blood circulating to and from your brain. They are the blood-brain barrier we talk so much about. Addressing a dysfunctional meninges may help to improve the blood-brain barrier.
One research author, Dr. Welhong Song, stated that “The blood-brain barrier weakens as we age. That might allow more amyloid beta to infiltrate the brain, supplementing what is produced by the brain itself and accelerating the deterioration.
“Alzheimer’s disease is clearly a disease of the brain, but we need to pay attention to the whole body to understand where it comes from, and how to stop it.
“Clearance of amyloid outside the brain could help reduce the amyloid inside the brain and might help slow down the disease progression.”
Dr. Song thinks it might be possible to develop a drug that binds to amyloid beta in the body, so that when it enters the bloodstream it is recognized by the kidneys or liver and the two bound substances are transported safely out of the body before the amyloid has a chance to enter the brain.
Drugs developed to address amyloid in the brain have not been successful.

Adsorption vs. Absorption
Multipure filtration utilizes a process called adsorption. Humans developed from creatures in the ocean. The interactions of various organisms over the past 5 billion years has led to our body. Included in our body are not only cells and organelles but also living species that work in cooperation with us. Most are in the intestinal tract. “A Ray of Hope Amid Grim Statistics for Alzheimer’s Disease”.
Alzheimer’s blueberries antioxidant. Few diagnoses incite as much fear and helplessness as one of Alzheimer’s disease (AD). And it’s easy to understand why. According to the Alzheimer’s Association, AD is the sixth-leading cause of death in the United States, and the fifth-leading cause of death for people over age 65. Moreover, it’s “the only disease among the top 10 causes of death in America that cannot be prevented, cured or even slowed.” (Although there is promising work that suggests otherwise.) While mortality from many other conditions—such as heart disease, AIDS, and certain forms of cancer—has decreased, mortality from this most dreaded form of neurodegeneration has increased. In fact, the BBC recently reported that dementia, including Alzheimer’s, has overtaken heart disease as the leading cause of death in England and Wales.
In 2015, more than 61,000 people died of dementia in England and Wales, accounting for 11.6% of all recorded deaths. Women are afflicted by AD more than men, and this is reflected in the statistics: of the 61,000 deaths from dementia, 41,283 were women (about 67%), compared to 20,403 men (33%). Dementia as a category, including Alzheimer’s, accounted for 15.2% of all female deaths, up from 13.4% in 2014. For men in England and Wales, however, heart disease remained the leading cause of death in 2015. (The most common cause of death overall was all types of cancer, taken as a group.)
The numbers are no less grim in the U.S. More than 5 million people are currently living with AD, with projections for this to reach a staggering 13.8 million people by 2050. Of the 5.4 million Americans with AD, an estimated 5.2 million people are age 65 or older, and about 200,000 are under age 65, having been diagnosed with “early onset” Alzheimer’s. And this doesn’t account for the potentially millions who are undiagnosed but may be living with the signs and symptoms of the condition. Right now, one in nine people age 65 or older has Alzheimer’s, and in the absence of a miracle medical breakthrough, by mid-century, someone in the U.S. will be diagnosed with AD every 33 seconds.
