B.A.N.K. Code Summit – Helping More People

I recently attended a second Global BANK Academy Summit Training in San Francisco. The group of people and trainers was fantastic — a wide spectrum of male, female, ages, races, nationality backgrounds, and occupations. As one person said, “This is the kind of gathering that is the ideal that shows that we are not separate races, we are all part of the HUMAN race.”

The training, which you can learn more about and sign up for at my link, helps me and you learn more in depth with fun and predictability the Four Values types people tend to has as individuals. Next, in this step by step manner of teaching that keeps you engaged, interested, and learning, we break in to small groups to learn in a cooperative fashinon. There is some competition and games for those who thrive on that (I do get competitive at times!), but lots of opportunity to meet others and establish connections, if that is what you are looking for. By the end of the weekend many of the around one hundred participants got much more of a feel for how to better understand others deeply but rapidly.
